Hi — I’m Léa Moreau, the founder and lead writer of Zynrewards Co. I help growing SMEs design and implement smart, practical rewards strategies that boost customer loyalty, increase sales, and improve long-term retention. My work sits at the intersection of marketing, behavioural insight and data-driven decision-making, and I write from hands-on experience building loyalty programs and advising businesses across retail, hospitality and e‑commerce.

I trained in marketing and analytics, and spent the early part of my career running customer programmes for small and mid-sized brands. That frontline experience taught me what works (and what doesn’t): simple mechanics, clear value exchanges, measurable KPIs and repeatable processes. Since launching Zynrewards Co, I focus on translating that experience into actionable guidance — from programme design and segmentation to reporting frameworks and campaign optimisation.

My approach is pragmatic and evidence-based. I combine qualitative insights — customer journeys, incentives and brand fit — with quantitative rigor: cohort analysis, lifetime value modelling and A/B testing. I believe the best loyalty strategies are tailored, measurable and scalable, and I prioritise tactics that deliver quick wins while building long-term value.
